Sample Menu


Here is a sample of some of the wonderful meals we have previously enjoyed at the Holiday Inn Royal Victoria.

STARTER

  • Roasted red pepper and tomato soup with herb croutons
  • Fan of honey due melon, berry and mint compote with a raspberry coulis
  • Fricassee of buttons mushrooms and pancetta topped with herb crumbs

 

MAIN COURSE

  • Supreme of chicken with a tarragon, mushroom and potato sauce
  • Sage and garlic roast loin of pork, with mustard café au lait sauce
  • Supreme of salmon, roasted fennel and pink peppercorn cream
  • Mediterranean vegetable risotto with parmesan shavings and basil oil (v)
  • Aubergine en croute with roasted vegetables and herbs with a wild mushroom cream (v)
  • Roasted parsnip polenta, layered with honey glazed vegetables with creamed corn (v)

 

DESERT

  • Lemon and lime syllabub with short bread
  • Classic vanilla cheesecake with a dark chocolate and orange sauce
  • Brioche bread and butter pudding with vanilla anglaise
